A great little tool that is also free is the keyword suggestion tool from SEO Book. It gets its results from Wordtracker. Other nice features is the daily estimates from Google, Yahoo and MSN. It also has links to Google suggest, Google traffic estimator, Google trends, Google synonym and Adwords keyword tool.
