Search engine optimization SEO is critical to the success of your website

Search engine optimization (SEO) is critical to the success of your website, Drive Visitors To Your Website And Increase Your Market Share.
SEO is the key to unlocking your website’s full potential. Google handles over 200 million internet search requests each day, and people who search for information clearly express what they want. Imagine capturing a relevant stream of such web traffic. It’s therefore important to optimize your web pages to improve search engine rankings using the most appropriate keywords describing the content of your site.
The search engine optimization process begins before you start building your website, when you decide on the domain name to register. The process then continues on as long as your website remains online.
Please note that optimizing your web pages to get high rankings takes time. Your rankings may start out low and slowly improve. Link popularity, i.e. the quantity and quality of external links to your web pages, greatly influences your rankings, and it takes time for your website to become popular in its niche.
Every time you improve your site, you need to allow time for the full effect to show in search engine results. Don’t tweak your web pages too frequently. The time and effort is better spent on adding high-quality contents to your site and building inbound links.
Search Engines have computers and programs called “Spiders” that collect information about your web pages in an attempt to “figure out” what your pages are about. These spiders gather information from your pages and use these in factoring which sites get ranked higher than others. Search Engines analyze over 100 On-Page Factors when analyzing your web pages.

Article Writing The New SEO Master Tool Part 1

Article Writing – The New SEO Master Tool – Part 1

Since search engines were invented, there has been a constant head to head between the search engine algorithm writers and webmasters. Every time the algorithms changed the webmasters tried to outwit them. The internet is full if conflicting SEO advice on how to achieve top rankings. This article hopes to clear up some of the confusion.

In the beginning it was sufficient to have an adequate amount of keywords on your website in order to rank highly in the search engines. This led to keyword spamming, a practice which still continues today amongst inexperienced webmasters.

Then along came Google and the goal posts shifted. Google put more emphasis on webpage linking, Their thought was simple – if one website had a link to another website, then it was as if the first website was placing a vote of confidence for the second website’s content and therefore the second website must be useful and relevant to the readers of the first website. Thus the Google Page Rank was invented.

Soon the webmasters and internet marketers got to work. This saw the emergence of link forms and reciprocal linking sites. Internet marketers declared that the more links that appeared on your site, the higher it would rank in Google. Suddenly link pages from websites started to run into multiple pages as the race was on to exchange links with whoever would agree. Some sites started to have thousands of links point to their sites and began rising in the search engine rankings.

Of course the game of cat and mouse with Google continued as the search engine giant once again changed its algorithms.

It is now widely accepted that previous linking strategies are failing because of what Google now expects from links.

RELEVANCY

Google expects links on a site to be relevant to the readers of the original site.

ONE WAY LINKS

Google gives a much higher priority to one-way links without a reciprocal link in return.

ANCHOR TEXT

It is better for the anchor text (the actual text that contains the link) to be keyword relevant to the content and also to vary as numerous instances of the same anchor text without variance can be interpreted as keyword spamming.

The importance placed on the above factors has all but eliminated the effectiveness of previous linking strategies. Most links on link page directories were exchanged with any site who would reciprocate. Therefore most of these sites were not relevant to the original site.

The reciprocal linking strategy also negates the one-way linking preferred by Google. Most link directories contain the same anchor text in all links, as this anchor text was advertised on the “link to us″ page.

Therefore Google now looks upon these reciprocal link directories as having no value. They do not distribute page rank and therefore do not help the ranking of your website.

That is why I now describe article writing as the new SEO Master Tool – please see Part II of this article for the reasoning.

Article Writing The New SEO Master Tool Part II

Article writing is now a major weapon in search engine optimisation. If you have read Part I of this article you will see why previous linking strategies are failing miserably. As the major search engine, Google now expects links in order to increase your site ranking to be:

1 Relevant 2 Varying Anchor Text 3 One Way Links

These rules display that more of a natural linking strategy need to be evolved.

Writing expert articles about the content of your website helps to achieve the three objectives above.

First of all, you are able to place links within the resource box of your article pointing back to your website. Some article directories even allow you to place links within the article body itself. Therefore any link text that points back to your website is highly relevant to the article content itself, and your sire.

It is possible to vary the anchor text from article to article while still keeping it keyword orientated and most importantly, relevant.

By submitting your article to article submission sites, you are not committed to place a reciprocal link back to the article site on your website. This ensures that the link to your website is one way.

By writing many quality articles, you will start to be recognised as an expert in your field.

You can see how writing articles about the subject of your website can be a master SEO tool. However, things get even better.

Ezine authors and webmasters also regularly scour these sites for fresh content for their ezines and websites. Your article is free to be distributed and republished as long as it remains intact, with the resource box and all links live.

What this means is that each article can potentially create hundreds or thousands of backlinks to your website, each of them relevant, varying in anchor text and one way. Not bad for about 30 minutes work. So the advice is simple – get writing, or if you feel unable to write your own articles, get someone to write them for you!

Search Engine Optimization SEO Losing Ground

Research has shown that SEO strategies are becoming increasingly ineffective. This is due to the flawed objective of SEO methods. Metaphorically speaking, someone teaching SEO methods is like a teacher providing answers and biased guides to students before an exam.

What happens is, as the exam papers are changed regularly, and new formats replace the old one, the guides provided by the teacher gets obsolete ever so frequently. And when that happens, the teacher has to provide new answers and guides to make sure the students are up to the task.

What’s wrong with that?

Well, the ‘exams’ you’re sitting for is not the usual stagnant ones. As Yahoo! And Google enhance their search engine algorithms constantly, the answers and guides given by your teachers are becoming, essentially, useless.

And there is a limit to how far you teacher can keep up with the exams.

Therefore, I, suggest a new and more effective method of building traffic. So simple, but oh so brilliant! Number one priority for any online businessmen is, build up high-quality content related to your business.

Metaphorically speaking, by building high-quality content, you don’t even need a teacher! All you have to do is make sure you get the concept right, and the marks will come through automatically! It doesn’t matter how many times the exam papers are changed, 2 X 2 will always be 4.

This is because the spiders employed by Yahoo!, Google and so on are being optimized constantly to think like humans. In the past years they could be fooled easily by shady websites who put on a show, but lack in real content. But now, they are ranking pages based on human reaction!

For example, your website would be more favorable in the eyes of a spider if surfers stay longer in your website than a rival’s (common sense). Also, they would monitor the surfer’s actions in your website.

“Is he going through the other pages of the website?” and so on.

No SEO strategy can combat these modern spiders. That’s why, instead of trying to stay ahead of the spiders, form a partnership with them! Make them genuinely LIKE your website!

All in all, if you want to sustain your online business, you better make sure that you build terrific content. After all, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain from changing your perception of achieving a high ranking in the search engines.

That said, SEO still plays a major part in staying ahead of today’s search engine’s algorithms. You still do need to do the basic search engine optimization methods, like adding keywords, submitting your pages to the search engines. However, do keep in mind on what’s REALLY important (it starts with a ‘c’).

Search Engine Optimization SEO Strategy Navigating the Dark Waters of Website Promotion

Creating a well-designed website is the first step in your internet marketing strategy
that must be backed up with techniques designed to drive traffic to the website for
successful, long-term results. You wouldn’t consider opening a retail store in a
major shopping mall without signage and you shouldn’t consider having a nice
looking website designed without expanding your web presence in order to be
found on the internet. The following strategy overview is designed to bring about
these results:

  • An attractive website that is complementary to your company image and
provides your targeted audience with information about you, your company and
    your products and/or services

  • A website that creates a call-to-action in the form of purchase, contact,
subscription or other commitment from your viewer

  • Create a successful marketing arm for your overall business promotion and
marketing campaign to promote your business, products and/or services

  • Become competitive in your industry and marketplace by meeting or exceeding
the industry marketing standards and attracting a qualified audience for your
products and/or services via the internet

  • Generate and maintain or grow internet traffic to your website resulting in a
conversion of traffic into sales of your products and/or services

This search engine optimization (SEO) strategy is composed of several processes in
three stages.

Tier I

Website design is the foundation and beginning of a successful internet marketing
strategy. It is true that several websites exist on the internet that are unattractive
but seem to work. If there are aspects of these websites that work, imagine how well
they could do if they simply followed basic design implementation tactics that
resulted in a good image as well as simply pushed information out to the viewer.
These basics are essential for Tier 1 success:

  • Good web design that complements the company image and offline marketing
    campaign products

  • Easy, logical navigation that leads the viewer deeper and deeper into the web of
    information provided by the website

  • Attractive but quick-loading graphics that are pleasing to the eye and
    meaningful to the website.

    • Keyword usage that is search engine-friendly:
    • Utilization
    • Placement
    • Frequency
    • Relevance

  • Coding that is lean, clean and without errors

  • Relevance of content to the theme of the site
  • Changing content that changes frequently
  • Content is king — it’s all about content, content, content

Tier II

Once the website has been created and published, many new website owners think
that the project is finished. But in reality, the real work is just beginning. In order to
create a money-making site, traffic must be generated and driven to the website.
There are several effective methods that can be implemented in Tier II for this to
occur. While all methods may not be required to see successful traffic generation,
some combination of most if not all will probably be needed to create traffic,
maintain traffic and finally, grow traffic to our website with long-term results.
Consider implementing these strategies:

  • Dynamic content is necessary and by updating the website frequently the
search engines see your website as active, not stagnant. How often should changes
be made? At the very least, monthly. But the more frequent the changes, the better.
There are some tried and true methods you may want to employ:

    • Monthly newsletter (or weekly)
    • Tip of the day that rotates to the page using a script from an existing database
      of information at your site

    • RSS feed to public news feeds that update hourly or daily at the least
    • Changes to contact information, staffing, clients, etc.
    • Checking the links frequently to make sure that they are active and valid
    • Simple modification of content from time to time should be done in between
these regular maintenance tasks which will update the website

  • Good links management results in a positive weight given by the search engines
for search positioning. The algorithms used for weighting one page over another
require link popularity assessment for successful traffic to your website. Link
popularity is also one of the main contributions to Google and Alexa Page Rank.
How do you achieve link popularity? It can be tedious and requires careful attention
to the selection of the links, but there are several means that can be employed:

    • Reciprocal Links – Search for relevant and desired web pages with which to
      trade links

    • Purchase Page Rank-based links to boost your relevance and weight in the eyes
      of search engines

    • List with directories, paid or unpaid that will give your website additional
      exposure

    • Create the links with link text in mind, designed to utilize relevant keywords
    • Link only with websites that have decent PageRank (PR); i.e., PR of 3 at a
minimum, PR of 4 would be the ideal minimum

    • Blogs – web logs linked to your site or posting to popular blogs with your links
included to point traffic back to your site a good strategy is to employ pinging with
      the blog posting

  • Forums — forum participation that allows you to leave your link with the intent
of attracting traffic back to your site

  • Listing with the few free search engines and directories is essential although
you won′t see any results for months

  • Develop an email list subscription function on your site with the intent of
sending e-newsletters and announcements on a regular basis. This subscription list
can be used for several other campaigns, including the sale of advertising space on
    your newsletter.

  • Purchase sponsorship on other email lists where you can promote your product
and/or services as well as get your website promoted in the process.

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns with Google and Yahoo Search Marketing where
you purchase advertising space for keywords that are popular for your industry if
you are not in a saturated market. If your business operates in a saturated internet
market, seek niche keywords for your PPC advertising. Determine your budget first
and from there, you will know how much you can afford for the positioning your
    desire. It’s all mathematical:

    • Price Per Click = monthly budget/number of clicks or
    • Number of clicks = monthly budget/price per click

Some combination of price and number of clicks will result from a well-designed
and constantly monitored campaign. The important result to watch is the conversion
rate. How many paid clicks convert into the desired result; i.e., new contract, sale of
product, sign up for e-newsletter, etc.

Tier III

Finally, after the hard-core efforts that are directly related to generating traffic to
your website, you will want to create follow-on, additional traffic that is under your
control. Several methods exist for this strategy:

  • Taking the large list of ancillary keywords that relate directly or indirectly to
your website, begin purchasing keyword related domain names that will be used to
create traffic driving websites that point to your money site.

  • Setup satellite pages using the keyword domain names that are heavily
populated and geared toward keyword designed to develop niche market traffic. As
you develop niche markets that create new customers, you are going to be able to
capitalize on those customers for the other products and/or services that your
company offers by focusing on information sites that link back to your money site
while informing and attracting these new customers.

  • Create links, backlinks and cross-links between the satellite pages and your
money site, improving your link popularity for all websites, especially your money
    site.

  • Display articles or e-books related to your industry and place these articles on
your websites being aware of the best location based on keyword dominance.

  • For long-term, viral marketing results, create articles or e-books that you will
either sell on your website or offer to public domain websites where your link
information must be retained for use by anyone else on the internet.

Monitoring

In order to determine if the SEO efforts are successful, you must monitor results of
backlinks, PR and web trend statistics. There are many sources for generating this
data as well as programs that will assist in these analyses. Whatever method you
choose, whether it is using specific programs or setting up a spreadsheet for entry
of data, be consistent in tracking the data. There will be fluctuations from day-to-
day. You are looking for general, overall upward trends. Upward progress followed
by maintenance of a strong position with slow, steady growth would indicate a
successful SEO campaign.

Articles And SEO

The terminology buzz these days seems to be filled with quite a lot of stuff that keep up with the pace of development over the internet. Articles and SEO are the latest in the line to be talked about in the same breath as that of search engines and the like. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and it is the mantra in web design. Articles and SEO rank top priority in that order when designing a webpage. The website ranking in search engine results is manipulated using different keyword strategies leading to a placement in the top 50 every time and thus ensuring a high volume of traffic to the website that shows up in the form of revenue for them.

The effectiveness of the search engines are known to be evolving everyday as the search engines are coming up with new algorithms and improvements to weed out the strategies implemented by the various website owners in other to manipulate the search engines to get more traffic for their websites. Articles and SEO is the first thing that comes into picture when we talk about driving up the traffic. Articles and SEO are manipulated to include keywords and articles related to them so that the use is always directed to the website every time that he is looking for something else. It does not interest the user and the user moves on, but that hit brings home the supper for the website owners.

To understand the traffic driven concept that is leaning towards the depending on the quality of the articles and SEO are explained here. For example in a search generated by the user, your page or product ranks in 500 instead of the top 50. The chances of your website being found by the prospective customer are very remote. This translates to a slump in sales if the number of users in the same situation is multiplied everyday. Therefore, the articles and SEO are breathing life into the revenue generating capabilities of the website and also the product online.

An optimized website is the best way to increase sales. The first thing is starting with the top, metatags are to be filled in even before the title or anything else for that matter appears on the screen. The keywords are wisely chosen keeping in mind the hapless user when he is frustrated looking for something and just types in a question on the browser search window. Sprinkle this keyword all along the written lines of the text carefully and that is all there is to a SEO. This will ensure that your website ranks in the top for search results as given in the keywords.

Automated SEO Tools Why Aren t You Using One

Oftentimes, the most important facets of SEO are overlooked, even by webmasters and seasoned SEO experts. Why? Because somehow all the emphasis gets put on the importance of keywords, leaving all other SEO elements in the dust.

Equally important aspects of SEO include:

1. Reciprocal Link Exchange (Linking Strategy)

2. Page Rank

3. Avoiding getting penalized by the Search Engines, and more importantly, avoiding getting banned.

I am an online business owner and SEO specialist. I have seen people put emphasis on the wrong things, to the detriment of equally important elements.

So, how can you build a website that is completely optimized and that attracts thousands of visitors each month? One way is to simply analyze the websites of your competitors. Sound confusing? It’s not, once you really understand the concept of not “reinventing the wheel”. If you follow this philosophy, you can parlay the success (read: copy) of websites that are already successful into your own online success.

Your first step is to completely automate the SEO process. This means choosing an SEO software tool that will let you analyze all of the important SEO information of your competitor′s sites – Reciprocal Link Exchanges, PageRank, Search Engine Ranking and Reciprocal Links. This way, you can quickly and easily see exactly what your competitors are doing to be ranked as well as they are. A good automated SEO tool will give you a step-by-step process, that you can follow for any website you set up, to ensure your success. Best of all, that formula will have been proven to work because your successful competitors are already using it!

In addition to all of this, a good SEO tool will help you to avoid being penalized and even banned by the Search Engines.

Consider the following:

1. You can be penalized by linking to websites that have been penalized and even banned by the search engines.

2. You have to keep track of all the websites that you are linking to manually to avoid having this happen to you.

3. You need to know who your link partners are linking to; they may be linked with a site that has been penalized or even banned by the Search Engines, which could lead to your getting penalized or banned as well.

Automating your SEO process will make all of the above not only easier, but quicker as well, since you will no longer have to search through and keep track of thousands of websites manually.

Search Engine Optimization SEO The Myth

Search Engine Optimization. Big words. Sounds Important. What is it? If you do a search in google for the web definition of search engine optimization, you get a lot of different results.

Some simply say that search engine optimization is the generic term for making sure your site is optimized to appear as one of the top ranking web sites on a search.

Others get more detailed with their definition and say search engine optimization is the term used to describe the marketing technique of preparing a web site to enhance its chances of being ranked in the top results of a search engine once a relevant search is undertaken.

A number of factors are important when optimizing a web site, including the content and structure of the web site’s copy and page layout, the HTML meta-tags and the submission process.

Is it important? That also depends on which definition you believe and who you ask that question to. If you ask someone who runs a business and charges for search engine optimization, they will tell you it is the most important thing you will ever do for your website.

At each SEO website, they will tell you they are the number 1 SEO company on the web, even though each of them has a completely different method of optimizing your website.

If you ask many self-appointed webmaster gurus in some of the webmaster forums, they will tell you the same thing, then each one will tell you a different way to do it and they will all disagree on the most important aspects of search engine optimization.

So the confusion continues for the average user and the SEO companies love it that way. If the consumer doesn’t understand what you are doing, you don’t really have to do very much and just say you are doing a lot. Most of them would never work on your website on a contingency payment plan, one based on actual results and performance. Some say money back guaranteed, but read the fine print.

A lot of these businesses are based on the fact that people who are new to the web and even some of those who have been online for awhile do not know what search engine optimization is. They know that with more and more people coming onto the web for the first time, their business is secure. They can continue to tell people that without their service the website will fail.

I′m not saying all search engine optimization companies are rip-offs. Some of them really do their best to get good rankings for their clients and know what they are doing. A lot of them still really believe that search engine optimization is the key to success on the web.

It isn’t. How’s that for a statement? I know a lot of web designers will disagree. I know a lot of SEO companies will disagree. But simply put, search engine optimization of your WebPages is not the most important thing you need to do to succeed on the web.

Let’s break down some of the things that are included in the phrase search engine optimization.

Metatags are one of the things these gurus tell you is important. Metatags are all but dead. Search engines, especially google, ignore metatags for the most part.

Having them in does not hurt you, but go do a search on any topic besides web design or search engine optimization, etc. and you’ll find that IF the websites at the top of the search results have metatags at all, they usually only have the description and keywords metatags.

Well they also have the title tag, which is sometimes referred to as a metatag, but it is actually the only metatag you need to have.

Keyword Optimization is something the gurus will tell you is very important. Some will tell you they know the exact percentage of text that should be your keywords. Yes, keywords are very important. Do they know what percentage the search engines will want to read for the best results? No.

When writing copy for your website, you must be conscious of the keywords you wish to promote. Don’t pick too many keywords and try to optimize each page of your website for twenty different things. If you do, it will not be relevant for any of them. That isn’t guru talk, that’s just plain old fashioned common sense.

Remember that search engines crawl web pages, not web sites. If you choose just one or two keywords per webpage that you wish that page to be optimized for, then you can optimize the page easily and write text the user will want to actually read.

Write your sales text the way you would with only the user in mind and with making sales in mind. Then go back and reread the page.

Find places where you can add in your keyword without destroying the flow you created when you wrote the text in the first place.

Now, do you need to hire an SEO company to do that? Do you know your product? Do you know how to sell your product? Then you need to write the text. If you do not wish to write the text, then hire a writer. You still don’t need a search engine optimization guru.

Some search engine optimization experts will tell you they can increase your link popularity. They use a variety of methods. They create websites where they put all of their clients website links so you will have links to your website. The search engines call these link farms and discount any value they may have had in the past.

Those methods, along with many others, are simply tricks that temporarily work. Alot of search engine optimization companies all keep up with the latest tricks and shortcuts. They may even get you some good results in the short-term. But what happens when the search engines catch onto the trick?

I′m glad you asked. They stop letting that trick or shortcut work. They may even penalize the websites that used it. They penalize you, the customer, not the search engine optimization guru who used the trick and charged you for it.

Whenever one of these companies tells you it has “inside information”, “ex-search engine company employees”, “guaranteed search engine placement”, guaranteed top 10 placement”, or “secret methods”, a red flag should go up in your mind right away.

If you start a business offline, like a restaurant or a store, you know that besides the money you will have to put up, you will also have to work to make it a success. It is no different when you start a business online. You have to work at it, if you want to be successful.

If search engine optimization is not the most important thing you can do to become successful, what is? Again, I’m glad you asked.

Promotion. Do not depend solely on being found by the search engines. Search engines are fickle creatures and what is today’s #1 can be tomorrow’s #100 just because they decided to change the way they give relevance to websites. Continually chasing this dream is a total waste of time.

There are other sources of traffic out there. Would you rather have 1000 hits from a search engine for one of your minor keywords or have 100 hits from someone who read an article you wrote and came to your website because they liked what you had
to say?

If you chose the thousand hits, you don’t get it yet. Out of that 1000 hits you might convert 2 of them into sales. Out of the 100, you may get as many as 20-25 people who want to buy from you. Conversion rate is more important than how many hits you get to your website.

Write articles about your website, about your products, about relevant topics to your products or services you wish to sell. Distribute or submit those articles to article submission websites that provide free content to webmasters.

You may write one article like the one I am writing now and have 100 webmasters want to use it as content for their website. That would mean there is suddenly 100 other websites on topics related to your product that now contain a link to your website. (see the footer below contains links to my website and is to be included when this article is reprinted.)

That increases your link popularity without the need for a company to optimize you. Just by submitting your article to several article submission websites, you increase your link popularity, but when those webmasters start to republish your articles, you will see a huge increase in your page rank and the quality of your traffic.

Some people write one article per month and others write one or more per day. It depends on you. How fast do you want your website to grow?

How much time do you have to invest? If you are not good at writing articles or do not have the time, hire a writer to ghost-write them for you with your byline and your links in
the footer.

So that we are clear. Search engine optimization is necessary, but by no means the most important thing you can do for your website to make it successful. I would not pay a lot of money for this service. Promoting your website IS the most important thing you can do. Articles are just one of the methods you can use to promote your website.

Advertising, buying links on relevant websites, posting in forums and blogs with related topics, putting your link in your signature line, are some of the other ways you can promote your website.

My Checklist:

1. Be conscious of the keywords you wish to target with each webpage you build. Write your text for the reader, then go back and add your keywords without destroying the flow of your text.

2. Make sure the website is easy to navigate and user-friendly. Don’t assume the customer knows the web site as well as you do. Make it simple. Make it easy to find the buy button!

3. Once the website is built, quit worrying about the newest search engine trick or optimization technique as some like to call it.

4. Search for blogs and forums with related topics and sign up for them and participate in discussions with your link in your signature line.

5. Write articles about related topics and submit them everywhere or buy a service like isnare.com that will do the submissions for you. If you cannot write the articles, hire someone to do it for you.

6. Don’t do link trades with websites that have less traffic than you do. Buy links on websites that have more traffic than you and are on a topic related to your products or services.

This article in no way claims to have listed all the ways you can use to promote your website. What I have done here is tried to explain to you what is or is not important to creating and maintaining a successful website. I hope this helps you.

You need to put up plenty of specially tailored aviation articles. Perhaps also put up articles on aircraft washing, plane detailing, maintenance to round out the subject matter. Since many websites have information and links with travel and leisure sections this is a good add on. You may even consider some military aviation, UAVs, etc., as this may be somewhat applicable and bring in more ad revenue too. You should be thinking here.

Search Engine Optimization SEO Website Marketing

Approximately 85% of all traffic generated to a Web Site originates from search engines. (Provided they are properly optimized for the search engines.) Web Sites that lack proper optimization will suffer significantly in Search Engine results.

What is Search Engine Optimization?

Search Engine Optimization, also known as SEO, is the process of incorporating keywords into various areas of a website for indexing by the Search Engines it has been submitted to. That index is then used by the Search Engines when creating results for a browser’s search.

Keywords and phrases are incorporated throughout a Web Site, from obvious page titles and headings to invisible elements like META and ALT tags. The specific word count, including the correct proportion of keywords and phrases found in every element of a website, is critical not only for gaining high rankings from Search Engines, but also to avoid being penalized or banned for spamming.

Search Engines and Keywords

Optimizing a Web Site requires, first and foremost, an accurate list of keywords and phrases. If this list is not accurate, it will actually hurt, even ruin, your chances of getting found by your audience.

How quickly can results be seen from SEO Optimization?

The time it takes to achieve organic listings gained through SEO optimization varies widely from one Search Engine to another. One factor that impacts a Web Site’s ability to achieve organic listings is their age. A Web Site that has been live for over a year and is indexed with search engines, and is already receiving traffic might see results within a few weeks. A new Web Site that has received little or no traffic and has no history with Search Engines may take a year or more before substantial traffic can be generated through search engine optimization efforts alone.
